    I have a client who's in the art world.  She just sold a piece of art privately.  So, for the future, her boss suggested she become an LLC to reap the benefits on a professional level.  I would like to be more prepared to discuss various avenues she should consider.  I would appreciate advice from someone(s) in the know.
