My client's sister is moving back to the US from Australia. She is an American citizen. Lived in Australia for approximately 12 years. She filed Australian tax returns but may not have filed US tax returns. She wants to do the right thing and file what's required to avoid any problems with the IRS going forward since she plans on staying permanently in the US. Is anyone familiar with Australian taxes and interested in working with her?
