    I have a client who completed two 1031 exchanges in 2025 involving multiple properties. The exchange company that they used will not give tax advice as to whether the exchanges will hold up under audit. Does anyone have an attorney or fellow CPA who is an expert in the 1031 field that my client can hire to review the documents and advise him
