I'm struggling with Florida Hurricane Casualty Loss.
If I could speak to a member who has casualty loss experience I would GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.
The primary issue is that although covered the client did not file a claim due to very high deductible.
The CL allowed only seems to be the amount of the deductible not the actual loss.
