  • 1.  Mortgage refinancing

    Hi all.  I have a CPA friend (non NCCPAP member) who is in need of mortgage refinancing to buy his wife out of their house in their divorce settlement.  Unfortunately his income is not enough (and his brother will cosign) to get it done with the usual lenders.   Anyone have a private lending firm reference to recommend for him?
