Please read this entire explanation so you truly understand what is
being sought. My partner and I are splitting after 23 years. The primary
reason is that I want to continue expanding through every means possible
for the next 5-7 years with an eventual buy out of me. I am pursuing
space in the Manhasset or Great Neck areas to accommodate many clients
who use trains. We are vacating our premises in October. fully out by
October 31 allowing me sufficient time to set up and be prepared for the
year end and of course, tax season. If a CPA wants to combine with me or
simply share space and expand together, please respond.
