Course Overview: This program will explain practical applications and rules using trusts, including fiduciary responsibilities, prudent person rule and withdrawal limitations. Taxation of different trust types will be covered along with managing for tax efficiency covering such topics as tax transitioning, turnover minimization, tax location and tax loss harvesting.
