If you are in the business of giving webinars via zoom  or another internet platform &  as a marketing consultant  who is located in New York City are you required to charge Sales Tax?
And if you are required to charge Sales tax & have international customers do they need to be charged sales tax?

    Hi Mark,

Generally training seminars are not subject to NY sales tax.  Tangible training materials and software are generally subject to NY sales tax.
