I read in a TaxProToday posting that Treas Dept, IRS, and Labor Dept indicated that there is a refundable payroll tax credit to reimburse companies "dollar for dollar" for the cost of providing coronavirus leave to employees. How does one file for these credits? Part of 941? Is here a new form to apply for this credit?
