Neil H. Fishman has been in the profession since 1989. Licensed in both New York and Florida, Neil is currently the Executive Vice President of NCCPAP. From 2008 - 2011 he was the Chairman of the Tax Policy Committee for NCCPAP and has assisted in the drafting of testimony presented before various Congressional committees. He is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
